A man armed with a gun entered a Family Dollar in Cleveland, Ohio and attempted to rob the store. Upon seeing the robbery, a bystander, and Right-to-Carry permit holder, drew a gun and ordered the robber to drop his gun. The robber did not comply, leading to an exchange of gunfire, during which the thief was shot in the head. (WJW, Cleveland, Ohio, 08/07/16)
