On Monday, January 4, the 2016 Legislative Session reconvened and Friday, February 19, is the last day that bills can be introduced.
Currently, we are reviewing Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom’s proposed anti-gun ballot initiative title and summary and fiscal impact estimate report, which was recently released. As you will see, besides the severe impact on your Second Amendment rights, this proposal will cost the state tax payers tens of millions of dollars.
