Delaware: Housing Reform Bill to be Heard Tomorrow, June 22!

The Delaware House of Representatives have set House Substitute 1 for House Bill 357 on the agenda for a possible vote, tomorrow, Tuesday, June 22.

HS1 for HB357, sponsored by State Representative John Atkins (D-41) and State Senator Joe Booth (R-19), would prohibit public housing authorities operating within Delaware from regulating, prohibiting or restricting a tenant from lawfully owning or possessing a firearm or ammunition.

Please contact your State Representative by clicking here and respectfully encourage them to support HS1 to HB357. Your income bracket should have no bearing on your Second Amendment Rights!

Federal District Court Strikes Down IL’s “Assault Weapon” and “Large-Capacity Magazine” Bans in NRA-Supported Case

Today, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois struck down provisions of the Protect Illinois Communities Act (PICA) that prohibit “assault weapons” and “large-capacity magazines” in an NRA-supported case, Barnett v. Raoul.
