HB 1144, HB 1302, and HB 404 have been reported out of the Virginia Senate Courts of Justice Committee. HB 114 and HB 1302 allow Virginia residents to lawfully purchase long guns from licensed dealers in other states. HB 404 allows holders of valid Virginia concealed-carry permits to purchase more than one handgun a month.
