A push to change the law that closed the so-called gun show loophole stalled for a second time Tuesday. Just as he did in January, the committee chairman, Rep. Bill Sinclair, abruptly pulled HB 1119 before the House State, Veterans and Military Affairs Committee could vote on the plan. "I just took it off the table," Sinclair said later. "That`s my prerogative."
