On January 3rd, Governor Mike DeWine signed Senate Bill 185 into law. This NRA-backed law guarantees that Second Amendment rights remain protected during emergencies, from anti-gun bureaucrats who use emergencies as a pretext to suspend rights when law-abiding citizens need them the most.
