This evening, Thursday, August 4, from 6PM-8PM at Rio Bravo Brewing (located at 1912 2nd Street NW), pro-Second Amendment state Representatives Bill Rehm (R-HD 31) and Stefani Lord (R-HD 22) will hold a public safety town hall meeting to discuss crime policy initiatives that they have introduced in the New Mexico Legislature and what they believe will work to curb the growing crime epidemic in Albuquerque. They will be joined by former law enforcement officers Greg Cunningham and Paul Pacheco, as well as pro-2A victims advocate Nicole Chavez.
Unlike their Democrat counterparts in the Albuquerque state legislative delegation, Reps. Rehm and Lord have pushed for legislation that actually targets violent criminals and they have opposed attempts to restrict the rights of law-abiding gun owners. Please make plans to attend and join them in an honest discussion about crime in Albuquerque.
