Maryland: 2022 Legislative Session Convenes Today

Today, January 12^th, the Maryland General Assembly begins the 2022 legislative session. Once again, anti-gun lawmakers will seek to further erode Second Amendment rights in Maryland. So far, they have already filed House Bill 30, to further restrict lawful carry by creating another arbitrary zone where law-abiding citizens are left defenseless.

Your NRA will continue to fight these repeated attacks on your right to keep and bear arms. Our members remain the most powerful political force in American history, and together, we will secure the Second Amendment for present and future generations.
