Rep. Cord Byrd, an attorney, is a strong advocate for Second Amendment rights and fights for Second Amendment rights in the Courts, as well as the Florida House of Representatives, including the fight to close loopholes manufactured by anti-gun local officials and local governments who willfully and knowingly violate the law in order to deny Second Amendment rights of law-abiding people.
