Both in-state and out-of-state anti-gun millionaires and billionaires are engaged in trying to take control of our Constitution by putting constitutional amendments on the ballot that the public doesn't understand and falsely believe are good. Many, many violations of law are being investigated.
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has called for an investigation of many violations by paid petition gatherers. More to come.
