Utah: House Committee Scheduled to Hear Anti-Gun Bill Tomorrow

Tomorrow, the House Judiciary Committee is scheduled to consider gun control legislation that would hold gun owners liable for the criminal actions of others, House Bill 190. Please contact committee members and urge them to OPPOSE House Bill 190.

House Bill 190 seeks to hold law-abiding gun owners liable for any felonious criminal action taken by others with their firearms. This legislation seeks to place the blame on law-abiding gun owners for the potential criminal actions of others.

Again, please contact members of the House Judiciary Committee and strongly urge them to OPPOSE House Bill 190.
