Today, the much anticipated bill to “fix” the flawed background check initiative from the 2016 election was introduced. It is now Senate Bill 143. As previously reported, a joint judiciary committee hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, February 12th at 8:00AM in Carson City.
