The National Rifle Association and the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources have partnered to help remove the cost of hunter education in the state.
The gun rights group announced Tuesday that West Virginia is the seventh state to accept the NRA’s free online hunter education course to satisfy the prerequisite to buying a hunting license. The 15-chapter course, as outlined by the member group’s website, includes graphics, interactive modules and videos “that provide the best method for teaching future hunters.”
