Fairfax, Va. – On behalf of our six million members across the country, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) today endorsed Geoff Duncan for lieutenant governor of Georgia.
“Geoff Duncan is a strong advocate for law-abiding gun owners and his unwavering support of our Second Amendment freedoms have earned him the National Rifle Association’s endorsement,” said Chris W. Cox, NRA-PVF chairman.
Duncan has a strong pro-Second Amendment record. He supported the strongest self-defense legislation in Georgia’s history, which streamlines the concealed carry process and expands areas where Georgians may lawfully exercise their constitutional right to self-protection.
Duncan’s opponent, Sarah Riggs Amico, is “F” rated by the NRA and has been endorsed by former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg’s extreme gun control group.
“Geoff Duncan is a proven friend of law-abiding gun owners and we encourage all NRA members, gun owners and sportsmen to vote Geoff Duncan for lieutenant governor in November.”
