As early as tomorrow, the Wyoming Senate could consider and vote on House bill 136 and House bill 137. It is important for NRA members and Second Amendment supporters to contact their state Senator and politely urge them to SUPPORT these pro-gun bills with no amendments when they come up for a vote.
House Bill 136 would amend the existing statute to allow a person lawfully carrying with a Wyoming state permit to carry a concealed weapon on any public college or university campus or within any public college or university facility, without having to have the written consent of the security service of the public college or university.
As amended, House Bill 137 would allow an individual with a valid concealed carry permit to lawfully carry a concealed weapon in any meeting of a government entity, including the state Legislature.
Again, please contact your state Senator and politely urge them to support House Bill 136 and House Bill 137 with no amendments when they come up for a vote.
