Yesterday, the House State, Veterans, & Military Affairs Committee considered House Bill 1097, legislation to repeal the 2013 anti-self-defense law that limits the amount of ammunition a firearm magazine can hold. Unfortunately, the House committee voted on a party-line vote to defeat the bill and continue to prevent law-abiding Coloradans from being able to effectively defend themselves and their loved ones.
