Today, December 30th, the California Department of Justice (“DOJ”) submitted regulations regarding “assault weapons" to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL). To view the regulations click here.
Like the recently withdrawn magazine regulations, NRA and CRPA attorneys will be reviewing the regulations and providing a detailed analysis in the coming days.
