California: Coalition for Civil Liberties Announces State Sheriffs’ Associations Opposition to Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom’s Ballot Initiative

Yesterday, Monday, March 14, 2016, the Coalition for Civil Liberties announced that the California State Sheriffs Association has officially opposed Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom’s gun control ballot initiative misnamed the “Safety for All Act of 2016.” The Coalition for Civil Liberties Official announcement is below. The State Sheriffs Association should be commended for taking this position.
