Tomorrow, March 5, at 9:00am, the West Virginia Senate will convene to consider a final vote to override Governor Earl Ray Tomblin’s veto of NRA-endorsed House Bill 4145. As previously reported, HB 4145 is important legislation that would recognize a law-abiding adult's fundamental right to carry a concealed weapon for self-defense without government-mandated taxes and permitting.
