Next Monday, April 27, 2015, the Missouri House of Representatives will hear and vote on House Bill 122. Last week, HB 122 was reported do pass out of the House Select Committee on General Laws. This pro-gun bill needs your help!
HB 122, sponsored by Representative Joe Don McGaugh (R-39), specifies that an individual who is occupying private property under the authority of the property owner will be permitted to use deadly force in certain situations. This bill would expand and update the castle doctrine statute in the state of Missouri.
