HB 2654 would help maintain Arizona’s rich hunting heritage by allowing non-residents who are full-time students at a state or private post-secondary educational institution to purchase hunting licenses at the resident rate. As the number of hunters has been in steady decline nationwide, there has been no better time to recruit new hunters to share in the Grand Canyon State’s outstanding hunting traditions.
