Senate Bill 93, the Personal Protection Act, has already been sent to Governor Scott Walker for his approval and is scheduled to be signed into law tomorrow, July 8.
After passing both chambers of the Wisconsin Legislature with strong bipartisan support, this groundbreaking legislation now only needs the Governor’s approval to be enacted into law. Since it’s passage in the Wisconsin Legislature last month, we have received a number of questions regarding the specifics of this bill.
