House Bill 2787A Engrossed has been referred to the state Senate Judiciary Committee after passing in the state House by a bi-partisan 42-18 vote. Sponsored by state Representatives Jeff Barker (D-28) and Kim Thatcher (R-25), HB 2787A would prohibit a public body from releasing personal information that identifies the holder of or applicant for a Concealed Handgun License.
