Revising Nebraska's self defense law which by some accounts is "vague and confusing" will be on one senator's agenda for the 2011 session. Sen. Mark Christensen of Imperial will try again to get a form of the Castle Doctrine passed in the state. Last session, he introduced a bill (LB889), that would have allowed people to use deadly force to protect themselves, their families or others in their homes, workplace or vehicle.
