On Thursday, April 22, the Arizona State Senate successfully passed HCR 2008,
This resolution will now be sent to the Secretary of State’s office to be signed as a ballot referendum. After which, if approved by the voters, HCR 2008 would make Arizona one of nearly a dozen states with such a constitutional protection.
