The Fish and Wildlife Service has announced its intent to prepare a plan to guide management of the Quivira National Wildlife Refuge for the next 15 years.
The Refuge was established in 1955 to provide wintering and migration stopover habitat for migratory birds. The 7,000-acre refuge is located in Stafford, Rice, and
