West Virginia: Senate Judiciary Committee to Consider Pro-Gun Legislation Tomorrow, February 18

Tomorrow, February 18, the Senate Judiciary Committee may consider Senate Bill 515. This important legislation, would prohibit and punish a person other than a law- enforcement officer who knowingly solicits, persuades, encourages or entices a firearm or ammunition dealer or private seller to violate firearm sales laws.

SB 515 is intended to prevent gun dealer entrapment schemes, such as those orchestrated by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

SB 515 is scheduled to be heard tomorrow, February 18. Please contact your State Senator TODAY and encourage him or her to protect your Second Amendment rights by supporting SB 515. Contact information for your State Senator can be found here.
