Virginia: Permit Reform Bill to be Heard Monday, February 15!

Please Contact the Senate Courts of Justice Committee!

On Monday, February 15 at 9:00am, the Virginia Senate Courts of Justice Committee will hold a hearing on Senate Bill 79, sponsored by Senator Roscoe Reynolds (D-20), which would repeal the language that allows localities to fingerprint applicants for an initial concealed handgun permit.  

Please contact the members of the Committee and respectfully encourage them to support Senate Bill 79.  Contact information can be found below.
