HB505 is similar to last year’s bill which was passed by both the House and Senate chambers and ultimately vetoed by Governor Tim Kaine (D). It is important that you contact your Delegate and urge them to support this concealed carry reform measure.
Passage of HB505 would bring Virginia into line with 40 states that allow some form of concealed-carry into restaurants that serve alcohol.
