On Thursday, April 2, House Bill 1623, was gutted by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Instead of granting complete confidentiality, if passed HB 1623 will only prevent the addresses of permitees, while access to the names and zips codes of Right to Carry permit holders will still remain vulnerable.
