This week, the House Tourism and Natural Resources Committee approved Senate Bill 370. The bill is scheduled for a full House vote in the coming days.
This important bill will remove the cumbersome post-purchase “safety inspection” on handguns.
The House companion bills, House Bills 4490 and 4491 have already passed the House and are waiting a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
