APPEARS IN Legal & Legislation

New Hampshire Self Defense Rights in Jeopardy!

Friday, February 1, 2008

We need your help to defeat this legislation!

House Bill 1354, sponsored by State Representative Eleanor Glynn Kjellman (D-Merrimack 5), is scheduled to be heard on Tuesday, February 5, at 10:30 am in the State House Room 100 before the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee.  If HB 1354 passes, law-abiding citizens will be prohibited from carrying firearms and/or other weapons as defined in RSA 625:11 V in the State House or Legislative Office Buildings.  This is just one more way of diluting your Right-to-Carry.

Please make plans to attend this important hearing to help protect the right to self-defense for all the law-abiding citizens of New Hampshire.Date:  Tuesday, February 5
Time:  10:30 a.m.
Where: State House Room 100

As in the past, Gun Owner of New Hampshire Inc. will be providing a complimentary shuttle bus from the Everett Arena (Quonset hut) at 15 Loudon Road, Concord, NH. (Take Exit 14 off 93 opposite side of highway from Rt. 93) Donations for the parking and shuttle bus are gratefully accepted.

If you are unable to attend, please contact members of the House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee today and urge them to oppose HB 1354.
