While a year-old law allowing Kansans to carry a concealed handgun hasn`t attracted as much interest as anticipated, officials say they haven`t seen any problems with the law. "It`s gone very well, the program seems to be working pretty smoothly," said Charles Sexson, director of the concealed-carry licensing unit with the state attorney general`s office.
