Montana Self-Defense Bill Reaches Senate Committee!

Please Contact the Senate Judiciary Committee Today!


House Bill 340, sponsored by State Representative Jack Wells (R-69), the NRA- supported measure that would clarify certain provisions of Montana law as it relates to self-defense with a firearm, is slated for a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, March 28 at 8:00 a.m.

 

HB 340 is facing a tough challenge.  It is important that we do all we can to see that it passes.
