House Bill 340, sponsored by State Representative Jack Wells (D-69), an NRA-supported broad-based self-defense bill that provides a number of specific protections for law-abiding citizens, passed the House on Second Reading on February 15, on a 57-43 vote.
From here, HB 340 moves on to Third Reading, where the full House votes to move the bill to the Senate.
