This week, the Senate Transportation & Homeland Security Committee unanimously reported out SB 112, NRA-backed legislation prohibiting the confiscation of firearms and ammunition from law-abiding citizens during a future state of emergency or natural disaster.
The bill now moves to the full Senate for consideration--we’ll keep you posted.
