Please Contact Committee Members Today!
On Monday, February 5, the House Homeland Security and Property Rights Committee will be hearing HB 2286 sponsored by State Representative Krysten Sinema (D-15), a measure that directly attacks personal freedom and self-defense under the guise of combating "domestic terrorism."
HB 2286 would revise the state's statutes on organized crime and fraud in such a manner that an individual who tries to protect his or her property from "illegal activity" with a firearm could be prosecuted and forced to serve a minimum six-month jail term.
It's vital that NRA members contact the members of the committee and politely voice their strong opposition.
