People may soon be able to carry guns, including concealed firearms, onto the grounds of Scott County's (Ky.) parks and other county-owned property. Judge-Executive George Lusby said he had received letters from The Kentucky Coalition to Carry Concealed Inc. claiming signage at the Scott County park prohibiting the carrying is unlawful, citing constitutional and statutorial provisions they say allow people to carry concealed firearms. County Attorney Clay McKnight will investigate the group's claims.
