(Fairfax, VA) -- The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is proud to endorse incumbent Congressman Joe Schwarz in Michigan’s District 7.
Chris Cox, NRA’s chief lobbyist, stated, “Representative Schwarz has a legacy of fighting for and protecting the Second Amendment for all law-abiding Michiganders. He has earned the NRA’s endorsement and trust of Michigan’s District 7 gun owners.”
U.S. Representative Joe Schwarz earned an “A” rating from the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund. Rep. Schwarz received the NRA-PVF superior rating due to his long-standing support of the Second Amendment.
Congressman Schwarz was a co-sponsor of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which President Bush signed into law last fall. In addition, he is a co-sponsor of the NRA-supported bill to repeal the decades-old gun ban in Washington, D.C.
“Michigan’s hunters and gun owners value their right to own firearms, and Joe Schwarz is the very best candidate to serve them.” Cox continued, “We urge Michigan gun owners to vote to continue the strong legacy of leadership on Second Amendment issues – vote for Joe Schwarz on August 8.”
Chris Cox additionally serves as Executive Director and Chairman of NRA – PVF.
