New Life for “Tardy Amendment” in Maine!
LD 1938 Up For Reconsideration Today
Critical pro-gun legislation proposed by State Representative Josh Tardy (R-Newport) which failed by one vote in Augusta on Tuesday, is up for reconsideration today, April 13.
The “Tardy Amendment” would add vital provisions to LD 1938, “An Act To Protect Victims of Domestic Violence,” correcting the problem of relinquished firearms from being damaged and sometimes never returned to the owner after a “bad faith” order is terminated.
