Unless lawmakers change the rules, the applications of Kansans seeking Right-to-Carry permits-and whether the application was granted or denied-will be open for public review. Lawmakers who pushed for the permits say they`ll propose a bill to prevent the disclosure of applications when the Legislature returns April 26 from a three-week break.
