For decades, hunting and fishing license fees collected by the state have gone back into paying for such things as restocking Ohio`s lakes and managing the state`s deer population. But now the Ohio Department of Natural Resources wants part of that money to supplement its administrative costs and cover cuts in state funding that had until two years ago paid for those costs.
