A long-serving justice of the peace from Shropshire was set to resign in protest over the Government`s controversial fox hunting ban. Mrs. Susan Foster, 69, is quitting after 28 years at Telford Magistrates` Court , because she refuses to administer the new law banning people from hunting with hounds.
