Colorado voters will decide on Nov. 2 whether Colorado will change the way it awards its nine Electoral College votes for president. The electoral votes would be apportioned according to the popular vote instead of all going to the candidate who comes in first. It also could end up sending a new post-election case rocketing to the Supreme Court.
