Republican gubernatorial candidate Matt Blunt wants to make it harder for Missouri voters to restrict hunting activities. While outlining his environmental proposals Tuesday, Blunt said he supported efforts to amend the Missouri Constitution to require a two-thirds vote -- instead of a simple majority -- to enact citizen initiatives related to hunting or fishing.
