West Virginia Governor Signs Reckless Lawsuit Bill

On Thursday, March 20 Governor Bob Wise (D) signed House Bill 2110 into law. HB 2110 prevents cities and counties from filing frivolous lawsuits against law-abiding firearms dealers and manufacturers. By signing HB 2110, Governor Wise has helped ensure that the lawful gun manufacturers of America will not be bankrupted by reckless lawsuits.

Thanks to all the West Virginia members that contacted their legislators and helped HB 2110 to become law, and thanks to Governor Wise for continuing his steadfast support of West Virginia`s gun owners.
