New Hampshire`s Senate judiciary committee will likely vote to set up a system to automate the state`s mental health records and send that information to a federal database, the National Instant Criminal Background Check System. Critics say it`s another attempt to restrict Second Amendment rights. They also say it`s overly broad and does not provide someone wrongfully placed on the list, or who no longer belongs on the list, with a way off of it.
