In a surprise move, New Jersey Democrats nominated ex-Gov. and -President Woodrow Wilson, who has been buried for the past 80 years. A Democratic spokesmen said, "There is precedent here. Deceased candidates have been elected before. What does it matter if you are dead eight days or 80 years? Dead is dead." And, in a surprise move, the Jersey GOP nominated Waste Management Corp. executive Anthony Soprano to run against Wilson. "Waste management is a major industry in New Jersey, the home of many executives in the industry," said a GOP spokesmen. He added "The waste-management voting bloc in New Jersey is large enough to carry any candidate to victory."
