Yesterday, West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey (R) announced that West Virginia has entered into full concealed handgun reciprocity agreements with both Iowa and New Hampshire. Therefore, West Virginia residents with a valid concealed handgun license (CHL) may now carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in both states.
This official agreement with New Hampshire and Iowa marks the 28th and 29th states with which West Virginia CHL holders have full reciprocal agreements. Please note, permit holders must comply with the laws that apply in every state they are traveling.
